Store Manager – Full-Time
- Location: Portsmouth, NH
We’re hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead our Portsmouth team and oversee day-to-day retail operations. If you're passionate about clothing & apparel, delivering high-quality customer service, and taking ownership of a well-run store, this role offers the opportunity to grow with a brand that values quality, service, and community.
What You’ll Do:

Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Provide high-quality customer service in person, over the phone, and through our online channels

Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staffing

Hire, train, and support a high-performing team

Track store performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Maintain visual merchandising and uphold brand standards

Collaborate with ownership on goals, strategy, and business development
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of retail management experience (clothing & apparel a plus)

Strong leadership and communication skills

A team-first mindset and a passion for providing high-quality customer service

Highly organized, dependable, and proactive

Weekend and holiday availability
